The programme is simple: you earn points for your orders, and those points become discounts on future items.

Getting started is easy. In fact, if you have a WLC account, you’re already in!
1. Earn Points
You earn reward points whenever you shop with us. Points are added automatically to your Rewards Wallet.
- Online: Make sure you’re logged into your account when you place an order.
- In-Store: Give your name or email at checkout and we’ll link the purchase to your account.
2. Redeem Your Points
Points can be redeemed for promotional discounts on future purchases.
- Redemption: Points can be converted into a discount code via your Rewards Wallet in your account.
- Minimum Redemption: A minimum number of points is required to generate a code.
- Discount Value: The number of points required per £1 of discount may vary from time to time.
Discount codes can be used online at checkout or presented in-store at the till.
3. Track Everything
Your Rewards Wallet lets you track your points balance, view your activity history, and generate discount codes whenever you choose.
Reward points have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are subject to our Rewards Terms & Conditions.
