This service is intended specifically for customers looking to sell their cards or sealed products to We Love Collectibles. It is not designed for appraisal or valuation services. Any prices offered are calculated as a percentage of the current market value.
By completing this submission form and sending any products to We Love Collectibles, you confirm that all items are authentic and do not include any replicas or counterfeit goods. If any such items are discovered, we reserve the right to cancel the submission, and all applicable processing fees will remain payable.
We offer the following payment methods for accepted submissions:
– Cash
– Store Credit
– Bank Transfer
Once an offer has been accepted, payment will be processed within 30 days.
If you decline our offer, a valuation fee may still apply. Your items will not be returned or collected until any applicable fees have been paid in full. This fee is based on the number of items and the time required to assess them, with a minimum fee of £4. If you do not accept our offer, it is your responsibility to cover return shipping or arrange a collection.
Please ensure all items are well-packaged before shipping. We Love Collectibles cannot accept responsibility for any damage sustained during transit to our facility. We strongly recommend using secure packaging and tracked postal services. A step-by-step packaging guide is available on our website to help you prepare your items safely.
Upon arrival, your items will be stored and handled with care. However, we are not liable for damage claims unless the damage is identified and documented by our team upon opening. Any existing damage should be disclosed during submission. Claims for undisclosed issues will not be accepted later.
Sorting charges are based on the time taken to evaluate your items and are waived if you accept the offer. No further charges will be applied in that case.
Should you choose to cancel your submission while it is under review, we will still offer a valuation. There is no requirement to proceed, but you will still be responsible for the sorting fee and any return or collection costs.
In the case of unforeseen events—such as severe weather, strikes, or other force majeure situations—We Love Collectibles may amend processing times or other terms as necessary. We will do our best to communicate any delays or changes promptly.
We retain the right to reject items that do not align with our submission guidelines. This includes goods that are damaged, counterfeit, or otherwise unsuitable. Such items will be returned at your cost.
If your submission is incomplete, only the items received will be assessed. Remaining parts of the collection will not be processed until delivered.
We Love Collectibles may revise these submission terms at any time. Any updates will apply to all new submissions going forward. We encourage you to check the terms periodically.
We are not responsible for loss or damage after your items are returned or collected. Our liability is limited to the assessed value at the time we receive your submission.
If you collect your items in person, please check everything before leaving. Once items are removed from our premises, we cannot accept responsibility for missing or damaged goods.
