However, due to unprecedented demand impacting availability, there have been some challenges with stock. We want to be completely transparent with our valued customers and provide all the details about our Prismatic Evolution release plans, managing expectations for this exciting Pokémon TCG expansion.

Stock Update/Transparency
Like many retailers across the globe, we at WLC have been affected by the overwhelming demand for Prismatic Evolutions products. This Prismatic Evolution release has been one of the most anticipated in recent memory, leading to significant stock limitations. Pokémon has officially acknowledged these challenges with the following statement:
- “We’re aware that some fans may experience difficulties purchasing certain Pokémon Trading Card Game: Scarlet & Violet—Prismatic Evolutions products at launch due to high demand impacting availability. We understand this inconvenience can be disappointing for fans, and we are actively working to print more of the impacted Pokémon TCG products as quickly as possible and at maximum capacity to acknowledge this. Reprinted products are expected to be available at participating retailers as soon as possible to help ensure more fans receive opportunities to access Scarlet & Violet—Prismatic Evolutions. In addition, more new products from the Scarlet & Violet—Prismatic Evolutions line-up will be launching in the coming months. We’d like to thank the community for their continued support and patience as we work to deliver this highly anticipated expansion to fans.”
We want to echo Pokémon’s sentiment regarding the Prismatic Evolution release and thank you for your patience. As we shared on our Instagram, to further clarify our situation on the Prismatic Evolution release, stock is extremely limited and there have been delays on several items. For release day we will only have ETBs available in store.
Poster collection, Sticker collections and the Binder collection products are all being delayed.
This means that while we’re incredibly excited for the Prismatic Evolution release, we’re also managing expectations due to these external factors. We’re committed to providing the best possible experience for our customers during this Prismatic Evolution release.
WLC Prismatic Evolution Release Day Details
On the official Prismatic Evolutions release day, January 17th, we will have Prismatic Evolutions Elite Trainer Boxes (ETBs) available for purchase in-store at our retail location.
To ensure fairness and give as many collectors as possible a chance to experience the Prismatic Evolution release, we will be implementing a limit of one ETB per family/group.
ETBs will be sold at retail price (£49.99). We understand that this limit might be disappointing for some, especially given the hype surrounding this Prismatic Evolution release, but we believe this is the most equitable way to distribute the limited stock we’ve received. Our goal is to make the Prismatic Evolution release as accessible as we can.
Pre-Order Update
Great news for those who pre-ordered ETBs with us using the exclusive ‘eeveelutions9’ discount code! Your orders have been carefully packed and shipped as of yesterday, January 16th, and should be arriving tomorrow, coinciding with the Prismatic Evolution release! We appreciate our customers for their early support.
Any pre-orders that included the Poster Collection, Sticker Collection, or Binder Collection will be shipped separately as soon as those items arrive.
