We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. Shipping Policy

All orders will be packaged with the utmost care. As collectors ourselves we post items the way we would want to receive them.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day.

We offer free delivery on orders over £50

For orders under £50 we offer a choice of delivery option.

Royal Mail 1st Class  (1-2 working days) £1.50

Royal Mail 2nd Class  (2-3 working days)£1.00

Royal Mail 24hr £3.66

Royal mail 48hr £2.90

Express Parcel next day £5.95

For International deliveries please email to get the most accurate quote.

We are regulated by Royal Mail’s terms & conditions and they require a waiting time from dispatch of 15 WORKING DAYS for the UK, 30 WORKING DAYS for the EU and 40 WORKING DAYS for the rest of the world before you can make a lost parcel claim. We understand the frustration that a delayed or lost item can cause but unfortunately we cannot take any action until this time has passed, as they advise that there is still time for your order to arrive up to these timeframes.

We Love Collectibles Ltd will do everything we can to package and ship your order as promptly and securely as possibly and as such cannot be held Liable for any supplementary costs incurred by you the customer for an order being delayed/lost/misrouted by the delivery provider.

Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

If you are returning the item because you no longer want it, the return postage cost must be covered by yourself.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

Single cards must be returned in the sealed sleeve that it was sent out in.

Sealed product and accessories must be returned in their original packaging, undamaged and unopened.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@welovecollectibles.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please send pictures of any damage to sales@welovecollectibles.co.uk

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned i.e custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
